Who we are
Master Door CRM is the internal job management tool of Master Door Solutions, a door repair and installation business in Los Angeles. Only the owner and invited team members can sign in.
What we collect
- From Google sign-in: your email address. We use it only to check that you are an invited team member.
- Work records our team enters: client names, phone numbers, addresses, job details, job photos and payment amounts.
How we use it
Only to schedule and complete door jobs and keep business records. We do not sell personal information, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties, except the service providers that run the app: Supabase (database, United States), Vercel (hosting), Google (sign-in), GitHub (automated nightly backup jobs), Cloudflare (encrypted backup storage) and Anthropic (the Claude assistant the owner uses to enter new requests).
Security and retention
Access requires Google sign-in and an active invitation. Data is sent over HTTPS, files are private, and nightly backups are encrypted. Records are kept while needed for the business and its tax records.
